Snizhana Gusarevych (she/her) is a Ukrainian director working in both documentary and fiction films. Her work explores human rights issues, including disability, homelessness, and women’s rights in politics. Her film Not Alone won a Special Jury Award at the Kharkiv MeetDocs Festival (2020). Since 2022, she has focused on military-related topics such as trauma, loss, and displacement. She has collaborated with international media outlets like The Guardian and ZDF, and she participated in the Global Media Makers program by Film Independent.
