Indira Cato (she/her) is a Mexican documentary producer, director, and founder of Chumbera Producciones, a company focused on artistic creation with a gender perspective. She has produced documentaries such as Llévate Mis Amores (dir. Arturo González Villaseñor), Amor Ice (dir. Katy Araiza), and Mickey (dir. Dano García). Llamarse Olimpia (Being Olimpia) is her directorial debut. She has been selected for the UNAM Los Angeles Producers Workshop 2015, Rotterdam Producers Lab 2018, Campus Latino 2020-2021, and the Chicken and Egg Films (Egg)celerator Lab in 2022.
